Get Jobs Batch
Return status hashes for many jobs in one round trip.
Built for fan-out pollers (a Brand Intelligence refresh enqueues ~50-60
ingestion jobs; polling them one GET at a time is 50+ requests per
cycle). Unknown/expired ids map to null instead of failing the
batch, and a job whose result_ref the caller doesn’t own is ALSO
reported as null — a batch never 403s wholesale, and non-owners
can’t distinguish “expired” from “not yours”.
