Create Connect Account
Create a Stripe Connect account and return the onboarding URL.
If the developer already has a Connect account, returns a login link to the Express dashboard instead. New accounts are created with controller properties that give the platform responsibility for pricing and losses.
The developer must complete the Stripe-hosted onboarding flow (KYC, bank account setup) before they can receive payouts.
